Coming to Cumberland County in 1979 from Ohio, Dustin is a product of the Cumberland County education system to which he attributes his desire to learn and serve people. Following graduation, Dustin entered the field of Respiratory Therapy and his unique gift for helping people soon gave him an opportunity to accept a management position South Carolina, where, in addition to his respiratory practice, he began to pursue real estate development and investment opportunities.

Moving back to Cumberland County in 2002, Dustin continued in real estate before joining the Hughes Real Estate Services TEAM saying, "I am very excited about working with the TEAM at Hughes Real Estate Services which mirrors may personal lifelong dedication to the highest standards of integrity and customer service."

Dustin, who is married to Donna Kirkland Davis, also of Cumberland County, has two daughters. According to Dustin, "I was unsatisfied with the South Carolina school systems and decided to move back to Cumberland County with a lower cost of living, for a better quality of life.
